Early Life
Bob was passionate about horse racing right from a younger age. His family raised cattle and chickens in the ranch near Nogales, Arizona. When he was 10 his father gifted him some quarter horses, he practiced riding in the dirt took part in competitions, and made $100 a day as a Jockey.
then started taking part in professional competitions and made his first win at the age of 17.
He earned a Race Track Industry Program with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona. After completing his graduation bob started quarter horses at a Prescott, Arizona farm.
After getting a good reputation he was hired by other trainers.
