6. It di work and got about 12 clients in the first month. In the next nine months, he made $35,000.
7. In ten months journey he sold his first house, a deal worth $3.5 million, and get got huge cash as commission. He then bought his dream car.
8. Gaining confidence he closed two more deals worth $1.2 million and $2 million in the next few months and he started earning $100k a year.
9. After going through the inconsistency in commissions, he started buying rental properties to lease them. He bought his first house for $60k. He bought two more homes and rented them.
